Negotiating realistic payment plans with creditors, both secured and unsecured, maybe required as an immediate priority. This can often include outstanding HMRC liabilities and our directors have worked closely with them for many years to negotiate long term (often 24 months) repayment plans for accumulated arrears of PAYE, VAT and Corporation Tax. This has involved negotiating with the most senior levels within HMRC and we have established very strong working relationships with their Debt Management and Enforcement teams.
